helped to inform leading thinking on how leases can be drafted to support

  supports the BBP&rsquo\;s overarching aims to:</p>\n\n<ul>\n	<li>Enable m
arket transformation through sustainability leadership and collaboration b
y providing an independent tool to support greater owner-occupier alignmen
t.</li>\n	<li>Improve professional understanding through knowledge sharing

ing &lsquo\;green lease essentials&rsquo\; and menus of options for those
at different starting points in their sustainability journey.</li>\n</ul>\
n\n<p>This session will be an opportunity to hear about how the BBP approa
ched the Green Lease toolkit via industry collaboration\, along with a mor
e detailed overview of the&ldquo\; 10 Green Lease Essentials&rdquo\; conta
ined within it. There will be an opportunity to ask the team questions and
provide feedback on the toolkit which will feed into its ongoing developm
