 a tour and networking session at the new One Olympia development in Kensin
 gton on 13th March 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm\, inviting both TRADS member
 s and potential new Tenant Rep agents to explore the site and enjoy post-t
 our refreshments.\n\n<p>Olympia Tour.</p>\n\n<p>The Tenant Representation 
 Advisors Society invites TRADS Members\, and all Tenant Rep agents interes
 ted in joining TRADS\, to attend a tour of One Olympia and networking drin
 ks after.</p>\n\n<p>One Olympia is a new office development in Kensington\
 , due for completion in Q3 2025.</p>\n\n<p>Offering over half a million sq
  ft of best-in-class office accommodation\, the scheme sits as part of a m
 ajor development by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International\, who a
 re behind the &pound\;1 billion regeneration of Olympia - set to be London
