Ha ving celebrated its 70th birthday in July last year\, the impressively dur able Landlord &\; Tenant Act 1954 is undergoing a thorough review of it s current fitness for purpose\, with the Law Commission reviewing and cons idering how the Act might be reformed and updated for a modern commercial leasehold market.

\n

The Tenant Representation Advisors Society invit es TRADS Members to a seminar to discuss the status of these upcoming L&am p\;T Act Reforms\, held by DAC Beachcroft.

The seminar will be an opportunity to learn about and discuss the following:
