 the salient points to consider when acquiring offices in listed buildings 
 on\n    behalf of tenant and occupier clients. From what to consider when 
 advising on the scope of potential fitouts\, to\n    communicating effecti
 vely with the planning authorities to help smooth the process.</p>\n<p>\n
