Green Leases - what is the state of play? It is a few months on from the recent launch of the Better Building\n Partnership updated Green L ease toolkit (January 2024). With this updated resource\, Forsters LLP wil l host a timely\n presentation and discussion on the current state of p lay in green leasing – taking the occupier perspective –\n explorin g questions such as:\n

What can occupiers expect from landl ords?
What is the “market” position?
What is the p osition on statutory renewal?
How can representatives cut throug h negotiation and delay at heads of terms stage?
Where is the “market” heading?
