DESCRIPTION:The Tenant Representation Advisors Society will host a seminar
  on Service Charges\, presented by Ashdown Phillips & Partners\, covering 
 the key aspects of service charges and promoting dialogue\, on 1st July 20
 25 at Storey Club\, London\, followed by networking drinks. Non-members in
 terested in joining TRADS are encouraged to contact the administration.\n\
 n<p>The Tenant Representation Advisors Society invites TRADS Members to a 
 seminar on Service Charges.</p>\n\n<p>Presented by <a href="https://ashdow
 nphillips.com/">Ashdown Phillips &amp\; Partners</a>.</p>\n\n<p>The semina
 r will cover the following:</p>\n\n<ul>\n	<li>An overview of how a service
  charge budget is assimilated</li>\n	<li>Summary of the RICS Service Charg
 e Code</li>\n	<li>Expectations for both Landlords and Tenants &ndash\; cau
 ses for disputes</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>It will be an informal presentation whe
 re active engagement and dialogue will be encouraged\, giving TRADS member
 s the opportunity to address any queries they may have during the presenta
 tion.</p>\n\n<p>The seminar will be held at Storey Club\, 100 Liverpool St
 \, Broadgate\, London EC2M 2AU on Tuesday 1st July at 4:00pm and there wil
 l be an opportunity for some networking drinks following the event.</p>\n\
