 resentation Advisors Society invites TRADS Members to attend a legal works
 hop which will be run by Michelmores LLP at Storey\, 100 Liverpool Street 
 on Wednesday 24th&nbsp\;June 2026.</p>\n\n<p>The workshop will be split in
 to two main parts:</p>\n\n<p>Part 1 - Managing Dilapidations from a Tenant
 s perspective</p>\n\n<ul>\n	<li>Drafting the repair and yielding up obliga
 tions at the start\, subrogation waivers\, fit out\, reinstatement</li>\n	
 <li>Dealing with dilapidations at the end of lease\, supersession\, financ
 ial settlements etc.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Part 2 &ndash\; Serviced Offices an
 d Managed Space</p>\n\n<ul>\n	<li>Legal issues to cover off when acquiring
  flex space</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>There will be the opportunity for attendees 
 to ask questions throughout the seminar.</p>\n\n<p>Breakfast will be provi
