They will be providing an insight into Green Dilapidations. This market-leading procedure\n considers the fit-out and strip-out cycle. For many years\, standar d practice has been to remove existing fit outs at\n the en d of a lease\, no matter their condition or potential suitability for a ne w occupant. When a new tenant's fit\n out so often resemble s what was just stripped out at the end of the previous lease\, the quanti ties of waste produced\n and carbon wasted are uneconomical and unsustainable. The aim of TFT Green Dilapidations is to put TFT clien ts one\n step ahead of this process\, reducing time and res ources on both sides\, and carbon emissions all around.\n
